Terms and Conditions of Sale

The terms "we," "us," "Foruli" and "Company" refer to Foruli Limited, a limited liability company registered in England and Wales (company number 054292416), or any successor or assignee of the Company. The term "product" refers to a product offered by Foruli. The terms "Customer" and "you" refer to an individual or entity who has made an offer to purchase from us.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Foruli Ltd to you for orders placed by you on any Foruli website. Foruli websites include foruli.co.uk, foruliclassics.com and forulicodex.com. Foruli, Foruli Codex and Foruli Classics are trading names of Foruli Ltd.

By placing an order with Foruli Ltd you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Your order is an offer to Foruli Ltd to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we or our payment processor will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation Email"). The Order Confirmation Email is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. Any prepayment you make is a Refundable Deposit and does not create a contract for sale. If we do not accept your offer we will refund your Refundable Deposit within a reasonable time by the method you made it. We only accept your offer and make a contract for sale of any product ordered by you when we dispatch that product to you and send email confirmation to you that the product has been dispatched to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation Email"). The Dispatch Confirmation Email may be sent by us or by our payment processor or by any other third party nominated by us. If your order is dispatched in more than one package you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation Email for each package. Each Dispatch Confirmation Email and corresponding dispatch will create a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation Email.

Without affecting your right of withdrawal set out in section 2 below, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost at any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email relating to that product.

You do not have the right to cancel contracts for purchase of recorded media if you have broken the seal on the media, nor do you have the right to cancel orders for custom or personalised items.

You have a statutory right to withdraw from some contracts up to 14 days after delivery. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling the contract. If you wish to cancel the contact you can use the contact form on our website or contact us by email.

The product shall be returned by you in the condition in which it was received by you. The product shall be returned by you within 14 days of cancellation of the contract by you. Unless we agree otherwise, you shall return the product by a trackable method. Unless we agree otherwise, returns shall be at your own expense if you withdraw from the contract because you change your mind and you no longer want the product.

We shall have the right to make a reasonable deduction in the amount refunded if the value of the product has been reduced as a result of you handling the product more than was necessary.

Foruli does not take title to returned items until the items arrive at our returns address. At our discretion a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In such a situation Foruli does not take title to the refunded item.

All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

We will inform you by email as soon as possible if any products you order are unavailable and your Refundable Deposit will be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated on our website at foruli.co.uk, delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

Despite our best efforts, items in our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website we may contact you before shipping to request that you buy the product at the correct price or we will cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price we will refund any overpayment you have made.

While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information to that displayed on our website. There may be differences in actual product design features (for example materials and colours) . All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website and that you contact us if you have any questions about the products.

We accept no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products by manufacturers or other third parties. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are an international customer, you acknowledge that you are aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs and other authorities.

When ordering products from us for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and all charges for customs clearance, duties and taxes shall be your sole responsibility and shall be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

You acknowledge that when ordering from Foruli you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

(i) We exclude all liability for any and all losses by you resulting from our negligence to the full extent permitted by law.

(ii) We will not be liable for (a) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; (b) any business loss (including but not limited to loss of profits revenue contracts anticipated savings data goodwill and wasted expenditure); (c) any losses that were not foreseeable by both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.

(iii) We will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before products are dispatched you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

7] APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We and you mutually agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. You acknowledge that you may bring a claim to enforce your rights only in England and Wales.

8] AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to make changes to our websites, policies, and terms and conditions (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions of Sale) at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions and policies in force at the time that you order products from us.

If any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid void or for any reason unenforceable that term or condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.

9] WAIVER

If you breach these Terms and Conditions of Sale and we take no action we will remain entitled to exercise our rights in any other situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

10] MINORS

We do not offer products for purchase by persons under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18 you may not purchase from Foruli.
